Besides academic excellence and intellectual development, the need for inculcation of good habits and moral values is stressed.

Morning assembly is conducted every day and there are both Hindi and English prayers, followed by news headlines and thought for the day. Every Monday the National Flag is hoisted by one of the staff members followed by a speech at the end.

We have a House-system that helps in fostering corporate life in the school. There are four houses- Raman, Tagore, Bha-Bha and Radhakrishnan each placed in charge of two staff members. The four houses take turns weekly in conducting the assembly. House- wise activities are organised with proper care. All festivals are celebrated at a small level in the morning assembly to familiarise the children with our diversified culture. So that they come to value our cultural heritage.
